Applys badword channel {} to channel topics. This module is designed mainly for networks that are geared towards children and don't want any swearing to occur. Channel ops are NOT able to override the setting and the filtering is done even if the channel is -G.

This is useful for networks that have a lot of "teen" rooms where they don't want certain messages to be shown in channel topics. It's also useful for networks that want to force all topics to be clean since they appear to everyone in /list.
