Description:

This module adds a new channel mode (+d), that will deal with messages in all caps sent to a channel. Depending on how you configure this module (just change NOCAPS_ACTION) to: 0) convert the message to lowercase 1) block the entire message any other number) do nothing. By default, this module converts the message to lowercase. Installation is easy, just like any other module. Download, place in Unreal3.2/src/modules, cd ../.. && make custommodule MODULEFILE=m_nocaps.
