Adds a new command, /cloakhost. This command allows a user to input a real hostname and retrieve the equivilent cloaked hostname. This can be used to test if someone is trying to evade a ban, or to search for someone in your logs.

I personally don't see this module as too useful, but it was requested by some people. It could be useful to check if someone's host matches a masked host in logs or something like that.
