Command /ircops: displays you a list of all IRC Operators available on IRC (except who are hiding (+H) if you aren't an IRC operator). An m_ircops module already existed before, however the author, whose name I don't know, deleted his module for some reasons, but people still needed, so I created it.

This command allows users to easily locate opers and admins on the network. The user will receive a list of the opers, their access levels, the server they are on, and whether they are away or not. This command makes it very easy for users to locate opers when they need help and to easily find out which opers are away and which are not.
